Kaution / Deposit / Payment

Please be aware, that your inquiry MUST be confirmed by VBL in writing.

Special services will require an advanced deposit via credit card or PayPal.

For reservations of larger groups an advanced payment (deposit) of €50 is required. When prompted by our office, you will have to make an advanced credit card/PayPal payment to our accounts. Your deposit will be credited to your total bill. In case of a "no-show" your deposit cannot be refunded.  In case of any delays of your arrival or confirmed pick-up time, please call us at +43 699 193 78 166.

Instructions for using the online-payment below: (1) Please choose one of the options. (2) When prompted, fill in your account/credit card details. (3) The amount of €50 (Euro fifty) is automatically pre-selected. (4) Depending on the security regulations of your bank/credit card company an additional step for secure payment may be needed.
